Mace is part of the nutmeg fruit and was first introduced to European markets in the 11th century used to flavour beer. Today Mace is a warm aromatic ingredient in Garam Masala and is popular for cakes, stewed fruits; and cheese. Add a little mace to your homemade ravioli. Organic.
